Polar Panic
Imitation is the best form of flattery…
Which is why whoever is making Polar Panic must LOVE Bomberman. That gameplay mechanic is at the core of this game.

This games needs to be made into an iPhone game. (via GameSetWatch & IGF )
I hope this is headed to DSi Ware of the App Store soon.
I love indie games.
This game deserves to get published.
This game is in the running for worst game on the Wii.
The fact this game is coming out means we have – some time ago – reached the OVER-SATURATION limit for exercise games. Really – this isn’t even a game – it’s an application.
At least EVEN DAD can get in on the action.
The interesting part might not be the game… Although I think I’ll play it because I like SpongeBob – not because I anticipate it being a good game. The interesting part is that SpongeBob is 10 years old this year. That means I was 17 when it first debuted. Damn.
It needs no introduction.
This might work… Obviously the person in the demo has had some practice playing it.
I have played other titles on the iPod Touch that use 2 hands – and I don’t like them. I think the happy place for games on this hardware is one finger. This could be due to the massive amount of time I’ve spent playing FPS games on console & PC. Also – there’s no buttons on the iPhone/iPod – Apple – get it together – adds some damn buttons.
I love this game. It’s wacky in ways the US games can never – ever – hope to achieve. This game has actually been made before – for the PC Engine. And it appears to have found a new life on PSP… What I wouldn’t give for a Cho Aniki T-shirt. I tried to find them once – no luck. This makes me want to try again.
