Trafficing Beer across State Lines

One thing I always – ALWAYS – do when I go to Portland, Oregon -  is eat at McMenamins restaurants as much as I can.  I grew up eating the food & for 6 years I worked at a Blockbuster Video store across the parking lot from the Mall 205 McMenamins location.  Those were the days of ordering the Communications Breakdown burger with a large side of fries.  I could eat then – because the burger came with fries & then my fatass would order a separate side of fries with ranch.  I might die early because of that – but what a way to go out – with my arteries clogged with delicious burgers, fries, and beer.

Speaking of beer…  Did you know that you – as a citizen of the United States of God Bless America cannot legally ship beer to anyone or anywhere?  I know what you’re thinking – b-b-b-but Peter – the 21st Amendment – which was a repeal of the 18th Amendment to our constitution ended Prohibition…  You’re correct.
